This issue gives the new reader everything he or she needs to get a good understanding of where Cyborg has been and a decent hint to where Cyborg is going. The only thing that really bugs me is that they never mention Cyborgs real name once in the entire story (It’s Vic Stone by the way) which is kind of weird since the issue deals almost exclusively with his origin.
